Open the Amazon app or website
Sign in to your account
Go to Your Orders
Find the order with the refund request
Open the order details
Check whether the refund is still pending
If there is a Cancel Refund option, select it
Confirm the cancellation
If no Cancel Refund option appears, contact Amazon Customer Service immediately
If the refund has already been processed, it usually cannot be canceled
If the item was returned, ask Customer Service whether the return can still be reversed
