You cannot change the shipping address after an Amazon order has shipped
Check the order status in Your Orders to confirm whether it is still eligible for changes
If the order has not shipped yet, open Your Orders and select the order
Choose Change shipping address if the option is available
If the order has already shipped, contact Amazon Customer Service immediately
Ask Amazon whether the package can be intercepted or rerouted
If the carrier allows it, contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking number
Use the carrier’s delivery management tools to request a hold, redirect, or pickup
If the address cannot be changed, wait for the package to be delivered
If the package is delivered to the wrong address, contact Amazon Customer Service for help
If needed, file a claim for a lost or misdelivered package
Update your default shipping address in Your Account for future orders
