Open the WHOOP app or log in to your WHOOP account on the web
Go to Account Settings
Select Membership or Subscription
Choose Cancel Membership
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Check for a confirmation email or in-app confirmation
If you signed up through Apple App Store, cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions
If you signed up through Google Play, cancel in your Google Play subscriptions
Contact WHOOP Support if you cannot find the cancellation option
