Press PrtScn to capture the entire screen
Press Alt + PrtScn to capture the active window
Press Windows + PrtScn to capture the entire screen and save it automatically
Press Windows + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select a screen area
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu and choose a snip mode
Use the Print Screen key with Fn if required on some keyboards
Paste the screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
Find saved screenshots in the Pictures > Screenshots folder when using Windows + PrtScn
