Knit to the point where you want to bind off
Knit the first 2 stitches
Use the left needle to lift the first stitch over the second stitch and off the right needle
Knit the next stitch
Repeat: lift the previous stitch over the newly knit stitch and off the right needle
Continue until all stitches are bound off
Cut the yarn, leaving a tail
Pull the tail through the last loop to secure
Weave in the yarn tail
