Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon
Tap Settings
Tap General
Tap Account and device preferences
Under Country and profiles, select the country you want to add
Follow the on-screen prompts to add a payment method for that country
Wait up to 48 hours for the country change to take effect
If the country option does not appear, connect to the new country’s location and try again
Make sure you have a valid payment method from the new country
Note that you can usually change your Play Store country only once per year
