Open Google Calendar
Find the calendar you want to change in the left sidebar
Hover over the calendar name
Click the three-dot menu next to the calendar
Select a color from the palette
On mobile, tap the menu icon
Open Settings
Select the calendar
Tap Color
Choose a new color
Save the changes if prompted
