Open the image in an editor or app that supports resizing
Find the Resize, Image Size, or Scale option
Enter the new width and height
Keep the aspect ratio locked if you want to avoid distortion
Choose the unit of measurement if needed
Select the resampling or quality option if available
Apply the changes
Save the image as a new file or overwrite the existing one
