Open a PDF converter app or website
Upload the JPEG file
Select PDF as the output format
Adjust page size or orientation if needed
Start the conversion
Download the PDF file
On Windows, right-click the JPEG and choose Print, then select Microsoft Print to PDF
On Mac, open the JPEG in Preview, then choose File and Export as PDF
On iPhone or iPad, open the image, tap Share, then choose Print and use pinch-out to save as PDF
On Android, open the image, tap Share or Print, then choose Save as PDF
