Open the Google Assistant app or say “Hey Google”
Tap your profile picture
Tap Settings
Tap Google Assistant
Tap Languages
Select the language you want
Add a second language if needed
Remove any language you no longer want
Save the changes if prompted
Restart Google Assistant if the new language does not appear immediately
