Right-click the desktop and open Display settings
Scroll down and click Advanced display
Select the monitor you want to change
Open the Refresh rate dropdown
Choose the desired Hertz value
Click Apply if prompted
If needed, open your graphics control panel
In NVIDIA Control Panel, go to Change resolution and select the refresh rate
In AMD Software, go to Display and change the refresh rate
In Intel Graphics Command Center, go to Display and select the refresh rate
Make sure the monitor and cable support the selected Hertz value
