How to Tell Resolution of Monitor?
Check the monitor’s on-screen display menu for the listed resolution
Check the computer’s display settings
On Windows, open Display settings and look at Display resolution
On macOS, open System Settings, then Displays, and check the resolution
Right-click the desktop on Windows and open Display settings
Use the monitor model number and search the manufacturer’s specifications
Check the label on the back of the monitor
Look in the user manual or product box
Use the graphics control panel such as NVIDIA Control Panel, AMD Software, or Intel Graphics settings
Compare the screen’s width and height in pixels, such as 1920 x 1080
Use an online display information tool if available on the device
