Choose a cursor style, size, or color
Apply the changes
On Mac, open System Settings
Go to Accessibility
Select Display
Adjust the pointer size or color
On a website or app, check its settings for custom cursor options
If you mean the text cursor, change it in Accessibility or Keyboard settings
