Open the Settings app
Tap Sounds & Haptics
Tap the alert type you want to change, such as Text Tone, New Mail, or Calendar Alerts
Select a sound from the list
Tap Back to save the change
To change notification sounds for a specific app, open that app’s settings if available
To set a custom tone, add the tone to your iPhone first, then select it from the sound list
