Open Outlook
Click File
Click Office Account
Under Office Theme, select Black or Dark Gray
Close and reopen Outlook if needed
For Outlook on the web, click Settings
Click Appearance
Select Dark mode
Save the changes
For Outlook mobile, open the app
Tap your profile icon
Tap Settings
Tap Appearance
Choose Dark theme or Use device theme
