How To Change Ownership Of A Google Doc?

Open the Google Doc

Click Share in the top-right corner

Find the person you want to make the owner

Click the dropdown next to their name

Select Transfer ownership

Confirm the change

If prompted, click Send invitation or Yes to complete the transfer
