Go to the PlayStation Account Management page
Sign in with your current account details
Select Security
Choose Password
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Confirm the new password
Save the changes
On PS4 or PS5, go to Settings
Select Users and Accounts
Select Account
Select Security
Select Password
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Confirm the new password
Save the changes
If you forgot your password, select Trouble Signing In
Choose Reset your password
Follow the email verification steps
Create a new password
Sign in again with the new password
