Log in to the Passport Seva portal
Open your existing passport application or start a new application for reissue
Select the option for passport reissue or correction
Fill in the required details and choose the correct RPO if the portal allows it
If the RPO cannot be changed online, contact the Passport Seva Kendra or the current RPO
Submit a written request for RPO change with supporting documents
Provide proof of your current address and jurisdiction if required
Book an appointment at the Passport Seva Kendra if asked to do so
Visit the center with original documents and photocopies
Pay the applicable fee if required
Follow up with the passport office for status updates
