Open Snapchat
Tap your Bitmoji or profile icon in the top left
Tap the Settings gear in the top right
Tap Name
Enter your new display name
Tap Save or the checkmark
To change your username, go to Settings
Tap Username
Tap Change Username if available
Follow the prompts to set a new username
Note that usernames can usually be changed only once per year
