Open Snapchat
Tap your Bitmoji or profile icon
Tap the gear icon for Settings
Scroll to Memories
Tap Backup Progress
Turn on Auto-Save or Backup
Make sure Backups are set to Wi-Fi Only or Wi-Fi and Mobile Data as needed
Open Memories from the camera screen
Go to Camera Roll
Select the photos or videos you want to back up
Tap the three dots or Save option
Choose Export Snap or Save to Memories
Confirm the save
Check Backup Progress to make sure the Camera Roll items are backed up
Keep Snapchat updated to avoid backup issues
Make sure you are signed in to the correct account
Ensure you have enough storage space available
