Unscrew the crown by turning it counterclockwise until it releases
Gently pull the crown out to the time-setting position
Turn the crown to move the hands to the correct time
If your Rolex has a date, advance the hands past midnight to confirm the date changes correctly
Set the time to the desired hour and minute
Push the crown back in firmly
Screw the crown clockwise until it is fully secured
