Open the Settings app
Tap Date & time or General management
Turn off Automatic date & time if it is on
Tap Set time
Adjust the hour and minute
Tap OK or Save
If needed, tap Set date and change the date
Check the time zone and change it if necessary
Return to the home screen to confirm the new time
