Open the Word document
Go to the Review tab
Click Track Changes to turn tracking on or off
Use the drop-down next to Track Changes to change tracking options
Click Show Markup to choose what changes appear
Select All Markup, Simple Markup, No Markup, or Original to change the view
Open the Tracking group and click the dialog box launcher for more settings
Change how insertions, deletions, and formatting are displayed
Save the document after making changes
