Log in to PNB Internet Banking or the PNB One mobile app
Go to the profile, settings, or security section
Select the option for transaction password change or reset
Enter your current transaction password
Set a new transaction password
Confirm the new transaction password
Submit the request
If you have forgotten the transaction password, use the forgot/reset option
Complete OTP or other verification if prompted
Contact PNB customer care or visit a branch if online reset is not available
