Go to the Riot Account website and sign in
Open the Account Management or Riot ID section
Select Edit Riot ID
Enter your new Riot ID and tagline
Save the changes
Launch VALORANT and restart the game if needed
Note that Riot ID changes are usually limited by a cooldown period
