Go to the Store
Check the Gift section if available in your region/account
Make sure your Riot account is eligible for gifting
Accept the gift notification or gift request if prompted
Claim the gifted item from your account inventory
Check your in-game mail or notifications for the gift confirmation
If you do not see the gift, verify that the sender used the correct Riot ID
If the gift still does not appear, contact Riot Support
