Open your phone’s Phone app
Go to Voicemail
Tap Settings or Voicemail Settings
Select Change Password or Change Voicemail Password
Enter your current voicemail password
Enter a new voicemail password
Re-enter the new voicemail password to confirm
Save the changes
If you do not see the option, contact your mobile carrier
If you forgot the current password, reset it through your carrier or account settings
