Open Settings
Click Accessibility or Ease of Access
Select Mouse pointer and touch or Mouse pointer
Choose a pointer color or size
Open Control Panel if needed
Click Mouse
Go to the Pointers tab
Select a pointer scheme
Click Browse to choose a custom cursor
Click Apply
Click OK
Restart the computer if the change does not appear immediately
