Open Call of Duty and go to the main menu
Select your profile or account settings
Find the option for Activision ID or display name
Choose the edit or change name option
Enter your new name
Confirm the change
If prompted, use a rename token or pay the required fee
Restart the game if the new name does not appear immediately
