Connect your iPhone to your PC with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
Open File Explorer on your PC
Select your iPhone under This PC
Open the DCIM folder
Copy the photos and videos you want
Paste them into a folder on your PC
Open the Photos app on your PC
Select Import
Choose From a USB device
Select the pictures you want
Click Import
Turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone
Install iCloud for Windows on your PC
Sign in with your Apple ID
Enable Photos in iCloud for Windows
Download your pictures from iCloud to your PC
Use the Windows Photos app import feature
Use the Windows AutoPlay prompt if it appears
Use a third-party cloud service like Google Photos, OneDrive, or Dropbox
Upload the pictures from your iPhone
Download them on your PC
