Go to your account settings or profile settings
Find the phone number, contact number, or security settings section
Select the option to edit or change your number
Enter your new phone number
Verify the new number using the code sent by text or call
Save the changes
If the number is tied to two-factor authentication, update that setting too
If you cannot access the old number, use the account recovery option or contact support
