Sign in to YouTube
Click your profile picture
Select YouTube Studio
Click Customization
Click Basic info
Click the pencil icon next to your channel name
Enter your new name
Click Publish
If needed, change your Google Account name in Google Account settings
Wait for the name update to appear across YouTube
