Tap or click Sign In
Enter your username, email, or phone number
Enter your password
Complete any verification step if prompted
Use Forgot Password if you cannot remember your password
Check your email or phone for a reset link or code
Follow the reset instructions
Try signing in again with the new password
Make sure your internet connection is working
Update the app if sign-in still fails
Clear the app cache or browser cache if needed
Contact Yap Yap support if you still cannot get back in
