Open the SBI YONO app on your mobile phone
Log in using your SBI internet banking credentials or MPIN
Go to the Loans section
Select Check CIBIL Score or Credit Score
Accept the terms and conditions
Enter the required details such as PAN and mobile number if asked
Verify using OTP sent to your registered mobile number
View your CIBIL score on the screen
Save or download the report if the option is available
