Open the Google Duo app
Sign in with the same Google account used on the calls
Check the Recent calls list on the main screen
Tap a contact or call entry to view call details
Open your phone’s call log if Duo calls were synced there
Check your Google Account activity if call history is available
Use Google Takeout to export Duo data if needed
Verify that call history has not been deleted or cleared
Update the app if recent calls are not showing
Make sure call history permissions and sync settings are enabled
