Open your computer’s display settings

On macOS, go to System Settings > Displays
Check the refresh rate listed for your monitor
Right-click the desktop and open display settings if available
Use your monitor’s on-screen display menu to view refresh rate information

Use an online refresh rate test if supported by your browser
