Open Snapchat and log in to your account
Tap your profile icon or Bitmoji in the top left
Look for the Public Profile section
Tap your Public Profile
Find the Insights or Analytics section
Review metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and story performance
If Insights are not visible, make sure you have a Public Profile or Creator account
Update the Snapchat app if the Insights option is missing
Check Snapchat for Web or Creator tools if available on your account
Use Snapchat’s official support if you still cannot access Insights
