Open Settings
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
View current data usage under Cellular Data Usage
Scroll down to see app-by-app data usage
Check the current period and reset date
Tap Reset Statistics to start a new tracking period
If using dual SIM, select the correct line to view usage
Check your carrier app for official data usage details
Use Screen Time to review app activity if needed
