Turn on your car and enable Bluetooth or CarPlay
On your iPhone, open Settings
Tap Bluetooth and turn it on
For CarPlay, go to Settings > General > CarPlay
Select your car from the list of available devices
Confirm the pairing code on both devices if prompted
Allow contacts, messages, and other permissions if asked
Use a USB cable if your car supports wired CarPlay
Plug the iPhone into the car’s USB port
Follow any on-screen prompts on the car display
Open the car’s infotainment system and select the iPhone connection
Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled if using wireless CarPlay
Restart the iPhone and car system if the connection fails
Forget the device in Bluetooth settings and pair again if needed
