1/2 cup mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
1–2 tsp rice vinegar (or lime juice)
1 tsp sugar (optional, to balance heat)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Stir until smooth and fully combined
Taste and adjust sriracha, vinegar, and salt as needed
Cover and refrigerate 15–30 minutes before serving (optional)
