How To Make Chimichurri?

Finely chop 1/2 cup fresh parsley

Finely chop 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)

Mince 2–4 cloves garlic

Finely chop 1 small red onion (or 2–3 tbsp)

Finely chop 1–2 jalapeños or serrano peppers (optional)

Add 1 tsp dried oregano

Add 1/2 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)

Add 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)

Add 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Add 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (or to taste)

Stir until well combined

Let sit 15–30 minutes before serving (optional)

Taste and adjust salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil as needed
