Mix honey and mustard in a bowl
Start with 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon mustard
Whisk until smooth and evenly combined
Taste and adjust
If you want it sweeter, add more honey
If you want it tangier, add more mustard
If it’s too thick, add a small splash of water or vinegar and whisk again
Let it sit 5–10 minutes to blend flavors
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator up to 1 week
