Approach a ramp or quarter pipe with moderate speed
Keep your feet centered on the board
Compress slightly as you reach the lip
Pop off the transition by extending upward
Grab the board with your back hand on the toe-side edge near the front truck
Pull the board up toward your body
Extend your front arm outward and upward
Kick your back leg away from the board
Keep your body upright and balanced in the air
Hold the grab briefly while staying stable
Release the grab before landing
Spot your landing on the transition
Re-center your feet over the bolts
Absorb the impact with bent knees
Roll away cleanly
