Make sure your laptop and Chromecast are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
Open Google Chrome on your laptop
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Select Cast, save, and share
Choose your Chromecast device
Select Sources if needed
Choose Cast tab, Cast desktop, or Cast file
Click Share or Cast to start streaming
To stop, click the Cast icon in Chrome and select Stop casting
