How To Cite Two Authors?

Use both authors’ last names in the citation

For APA in-text citation: use “&” inside parentheses, such as (Smith & Jones, 2020)

For APA narrative citation: use “and,” such as Smith and Jones (2020)

For MLA in-text citation: use both last names, such as (Smith and Jones 25)

For Chicago author-date citation: use both last names, such as (Smith and Jones 2020, 25)

In the reference list or works cited, list both authors in the order they appear in the source
