Log in to the GST portal
Go to Services
Select Refunds
Click Application for Refund
Choose the refund type
Fill in the required details
Upload supporting documents
Submit the application
Note the ARN generated after submission
Track the refund application status on the portal
Respond to any notices or deficiency memos, if issued
Receive the refund after verification and approval
