Unplug the CPAP machine
Disconnect the mask, tubing, humidifier chamber, and any removable parts
Empty the humidifier chamber
Wash the mask, tubing, and humidifier chamber with warm water and mild soap
Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water
Wipe the CPAP machine exterior with a damp cloth
Let all parts air-dry completely away from direct sunlight
Reassemble the CPAP machine after everything is fully dry
Replace filters as recommended by the manufacturer
Clean the equipment regularly according to the user manual
