Turn off the power to the hot tub
Remove the cover
Take out all accessories, pillows, and filters
Drain the water completely
Clean the shell with a non-abrasive hot tub cleaner or mild soap
Wipe down the shell with a soft cloth or sponge
Clean the jets with a soft brush if needed
Rinse the shell thoroughly
Clean the filter with a hose or filter cleaner
Inspect the filter and replace it if necessary
Wipe down the cover with a suitable cleaner
Clean the waterline and any buildup around the tub
Refill the hot tub with fresh water
Reinstall the filter and accessories
Restore power to the hot tub
Balance the water chemistry
Run the jets and check for proper operation
