Unplug the microwave
Remove the turntable and support ring
Wash the turntable with warm, soapy water
Fill a microwave-safe bowl with water
Add lemon juice, vinegar, or baking soda
Microwave the bowl for 3–5 minutes
Let it sit inside for 5 minutes
Carefully remove the bowl
Wipe the interior with a damp cloth
Scrub stubborn stains with a soft sponge
Wipe the door, seals, and control panel
Dry the interior with a clean towel
Clean the exterior with a damp cloth
Replace the turntable and support ring
Plug the microwave back in
