Remove oven racks, trays, and any loose items
Wipe out loose crumbs and debris
Check the manufacturer’s instructions before starting
Close the oven door securely
Select the self-clean cycle on the control panel
Set the cleaning time if required
Start the cycle and let it run completely
Keep the kitchen ventilated during the cycle
Do not open the oven door while the cycle is running
Allow the oven to cool completely after the cycle ends
Wipe away the ash with a damp cloth or sponge
Clean the oven door glass separately if needed
Wash the removed racks with warm soapy water
Dry all parts before reinstalling them
Replace the racks and trays once the oven is fully dry
Run the cycle only as often as recommended by the manufacturer
